Repeat the cycle: Inhale again for a count of 5, hold for 5, and exhale for 7. Continue this rhythmic pattern for 3-5 minutes or as long as feels comfortable for you. Stay present with each breath, embracing the sense of calm and conscious control over your compulsions.
